Our Story

Angeline Durán Piotrowski

Our founder, Angeline Durán Piotrowski, is an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Wilderness First Responder (WFR), Wound Care Technician, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Technician. She also instructs CPR, First Aid and Wilderness First Aid. Her medical experience is rooted in treating trauma and wounds.

As a Home Health Wound Care Technician, Angeline became part of the healthcare team of many hard-working, devoted families whose loved ones suffer with chronic wounds. She saw that the monthly quantity of wound care supplies provided by Medicare was usually insufficient to meet her patients' needs. She also realized that providers and families needed a simple way to communicate with each other about these insufficiencies so that potentially life-saving wound management supplies could be swiftly delivered to the patient.

Angeline took the initiative to make a big difference for her patients. She created this online hub through which wound care providers could collaborate with patients and families about what supplies are needed for uninterrupted care. This small service expanded into a community and educational resource for patients and their families.

Our Mission

Our mission is rooted in empathy and understanding. Maintaining the care of a loved one can be an emotional journey, so having a company that prioritizes both the products and the support behind them is a huge step forward. It’s easy to forget that caregivers need more than just the right tools; they also need compassion, guidance, and convenience, especially when they’re balancing so much already.
